About Us

ABV Technology started in 2016 by three entrepreneurs in St Paul, Minnesota.

After validating the process in the lab in 2017, focus shifted to the industrialization of the product. With the help of Twin Cities brewers the final design was carefully calibrated to optimize taste in various scenarios.

Brewers used ABV Technology for the first product in 2018, and, since that time, demand has been growing rapidly. The company has long term plans of creating many more special purpose innovations for the craft industry.
