Lab Testing

ABV Technology is offering alcohol by volume and additional lab testing of your craft beverage products.

It’s simple and affordable, just send or deliver a packaged sample of the craft beverage you’d like tested and receive your lab results by email.

Please include a minimum 12oz sample per brand to be tested- can, crowler or bottle.
Lab tests we offer:

  • Dissolved Oxygen (ppb)

  • Lab Testing

    • NTU: Nephelometric Turbidity Unit

    • SO2: Total and Free SO2 (ppm)

    • pH

    • Alcohol By Volume + Specific Gravity Lab Test

  • Microbial Testing

    • HLP: Lactobacillus + Pediococcus

    • LCSM + WLD: Non-sacch wild yeast, diastatic yeast, bacteria, wild yeast & mold

    • WLN: Bacteria & all yeasts

    • LMDA/SDA: Aerobic bacteria & yeasts

  • Gluten Testing
