Hard Seltzer

This explosive category has pushed many brewers to create new recipes. But a simple way to obtain a great hard seltzer base is to use our Equalizer. From a fermented beverage the Equalizer creates a non-alcoholic beverage which retains most of the character of the original input beverage. The other output is a clear mix of water and ethanol at the same ABV as the original input beverage. It is a great base for hard seltzer type beverages.
